Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Frank D. Murphy persevered through countless obstacles to live out his dream of playing professional football. His journey to the NFL began in high school where he won numerous awards as the senior running back and return specialist at West Nassau High School, including: All-American, All State and Player of the Year.

Murphy spent his first two years of college playing football for Itwamba Community College and Garden City Community College; subsequently, he was named to the National Junior College Athletic Association All-American first team and National Player of the Year. Murphy then transferred to football powerhouse Kansas State University in 1998. Murphy still holds three Powercat Strength Records: 4.22 in the 40 yard dash, 42″ vertical jump and 42.04 300 yard shuttle. In 2008, Murphy was inducted into the National Junior College Hall of Fame.

After a successful collegiate football career, Murphy was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 2000. In the NFL, Murphy suited up as a running back, wide receiver and return specialist for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans. Murphy also played in the Canadian Football League for the Toronto Argonauts and in the United Football League for the Florida Tuskers. Murphy’s successful professional football career equipped him to train celebrity athletes.

Beyond the football field, Murphy has consistently engaged with the community and supported programs that educate and empower others to realize their dreams. Throughout his career, Murphy has held numerous football camps, workshops and toy drives for at risk youth; Murphy has been honored repeatedly with awards and recognitions for his community service initiatives, including being granted the Key to the City of Callahan, Florida.

Senior Pastor – Revealing Truth Ministires

Pastor Bryan Powe is the senior pastor of Revealing Truth Ministries Christian Center (RTM) in Tampa, Florida, along with his wife Pastor Rashida Powe. They are honored to serve the men, women, families, and supporters of Revealing Truth Ministries with Pastor Deborah Powe, the overseer of RTM and Pastor Bryan’s mother. Based upon God’s promise in Jeremiah 33:6 (Amplified), the vision of RTM is to reveal God’s abundance of peace, prosperity, security, stability, health, healing and truth in the lives of believers.

Pastor Bryan is dedicated to bringing God’s message of wholeness, represented by the seven pillars of RTM’s vision, in the lives of others. Through his teaching, Pastor Bryan desires for others to experience a true relationship with God, growing in their understanding of God’s grace, love, and goodness. Tommy “Urban D.” Kyllonen

 

Tommy “Urban D.” Kyllonen has been in full-time urban ministry for over 20 years at Crossover Church in Tampa, Florida ( www.crossoverchurch.org ). He has been the lead pastor for over 15 years. Under his leadership, the church has grown from 40 to over 1,000. This multi-ethnic, multi-generational, multi-class church has become a model. As they grew they relocated into a 43,000 square foot retail building that was a former Toys R’ Us in the heart of Tampa’s urban community. Outreach Magazine recognized Crossover as one of America’s Most Innovative Churches. Crossover has also been featured in USA Today, Newsweek, CBS News, BET News, and several regional media outlets. Tommy has also been featured on TBN, 700 Club, CTN, and JUCE TV Networks. Urban D. is an internationally known hip-hop artist that has released 8 full-length albums and several remix projects ( www.urband.org ).

He has performed and spoken at concerts and conferences across the U.S. as well as overseas in Japan, Australia, The UK, Germany, and Nigeria. He has authored several books including, “Un.orthodox” (Zonderavan), “Next steps on your spiritual journey”, and “Rebuild”(InterVarsity Press). His new book “Love Our City” releases in the fall of 2018 that will include resources for churches to transform their cities. Tommy is also the publisher of S.O.U.LMAG
Magazine, which has produced 28 issues. This magazine has become the voice of the Christian Hip-Hop Community with a readership in the tens of thousands. The magazine also has a TV Show “S.O.U.LMAG TV” which Tommy hosts on JUCE TV Network. Tommy is also the founder of the Flavor Fest Urban Leadership Conference ( www.flavorfest.org ) which is in it’s 17th year and has trained over 5,000 leaders since it’s inception. He also founded the Urban Coaching Network, where he has trained over 75 urban church planters. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Lucy and his two daughters Deyana and Sophia.

I believe good design is good business, and I love opportunities when I can provide my clients with meaningful and measurable design-solutions that help them solve their business problems.  I believe every good product or service deserves good design.  Since stumbling into digital design twenty years ago, I have always held fast to the slogan, “get noticed” because I truly enjoy helping business owners get inspired about their branding and associated touch points.  I’m a firm believer in community involvement and serve as the Director of Marketing with Mentoring with Purpose Charity, as well as involve myself and family with my local church regularly.  Both of which are located in sunny Tampa, FL. I am a husband and a father of two beautiful children who constantly inspire me to inspire others as often as I can.

J.T. Tapias

J.T. Tapias has a B.S. in counseling and he’s currently pursuing a master’ s degree in Pastoral Coun­seling. J.T. holds multiple certifications in fitness and personal training, nutrition, and life coaching. He owns and operates a gym in South Tampa, Fl called FIT Method 4:13. Among his accreditations are ACE, IFPA, NASM, IPEC Certified Professional Life Coach (with speciali­zation in health and wellness), and he is a Certified Health Counselor. J.T. spent a large portion of his life playing soccer for teams in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. Fit­ness and modeling were his next targets and the achievements followed. From the pages of maga­zines ranging from GQ to Men’ s Fitness, He created his own successful fitness brand and company. JT has become a go-to guy for television networks including Fit TV and the Travel Channel.

Shawn Brown

Shawn Brown was born and raised in Kansas City, KS and the youngest of six children. He has always had a passion for playing the game of basketball and was blessed to play it as a multiple year varsity letterman at F.L. Schlagle High School where he received 1 st Team All Kansas honors with numerous other awards and All-Star game invitations. Shawn Brown signed to play college basketball at Garden City Community College under legendary coaches Jim Carey and Kent Davison. As part of the NJCAA (the nation’s top junior college conference), the 1991-92 GCCC Bronc Busters were ranked #1 by Sports Illustrated in a pre-season poll, led by co-captains Shawn Brown and Darren Hancock (KU & NBA). Shawn later signed at UMKC to play in his hometown.

After a successful college career, Shawn received an invitation and a contract offer from the Fort Wayne Fury (CBA) from Coach Keith Smart (Indiana great and former NBA coach). Although he turned down the contract offer so he can focus on his young family, he later returned to the Fort Wayne Fury to train players under Coach Kent Davison (current coach at Georgia) and Cliff Levingston (NBA) where he prepared players for the next level or overseas leagues. Shawn also trained players in the USBL with the Dodge City Legends (USBL Champions 2000, 2003 and 2005). The game of basketball has taught Shawn how to be a leader and overcome adversity. As an entrepreneur, Shawn founded four businesses from a start-up of $13,000 to millions in annual sales through effective business planning, creative sales techniques, innovative marketing and relationship building. DeAngelo Chaney

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, DeAngelo grew up in a neighborhood known as Grand Park on the city’s Northside which was and still is one of the most notorious crime-riddled areas in the city. By focusing on and excelling in academics as well as athletics, DeAngelo escaped the allure of “The Trap” ultimately choosing a different path than some of his peers. After high school, DeAngelo attended The University of Central Florida where he was a preferred walk-on who was about to secure his position on the basketball team until during a routine physical a life-altering health diagnosis was discovered and would permanently derail his hoop dreams. Undaunted, DeAngelo once again focused on academics and obtained his Bachelors of Science in Marketing. DeAngelo is a business professional, entrepreneur, mentor, motivational speaker and fitness enthusiast who enjoys impacting the lives of people from all walks of life with his message of hope, determination, perseverance, and forgiveness. CANTON JONES is a singer, rapper, songwriter, producer, vocal arranger, pastor, and entrepreneur, as well as a dedicated husband and father of 4.  (Ramona – wife, Love – daughter, Dominion – son, Canaan – son, Justice – son) Canton and his wife Ramona are Pastors of Free Life Church in Jonesboro, GA. The mission of this ministry is to lead people into the presence of God so that whatever they hear Him say to do, they will do it.

Canton Jones is President of Cajo Records in Atlanta, GA. His goal is to release music that will inspire people from all walks of life. As label owners, Canton and Ramona also want to teach other aspiring musical artists and business owners how to operate in the Kingdom of God. Canton Jones is a Deerfield Beach, Florida native. Since beginning his career and ministry, Canton Jones has numerous projects to his credit including the latest entitled “I Am Justice” released in early 2016. Canton Jones has featured on projects with several notable musical artists. He has performed on stage with Patti LaBelle, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, and Shirley Caesar.

Throughout 2016, Canton Jones has been touring on the McDonald’s gospel tour, which focuses on raising money for families with various health issues. The tour donates proceeds to the Ronald McDonald House, which allows children to receive treatment free of charge. The tour included Marvin Sapp, Karen Clark Sheard, Charles Jenkins, and Donald Lawrence. Canton Jones appeared on Dr. Oz Talk Show speaking about how ministry and music can aid in someone’s emotional and spiritual health. Canton Jones was featured with Shirley Caesar on the Trumpet Awards 2017 performing her song “Shouting John” (beans, greens, potatoes…). Canton and Ramona Jones were cast members on the Preachers of Atlanta reality show, which brought awareness to fatherlessness, the relationship between police and African American men, and the place and role of Hip Hop in church culture. 

With all of that being said, the most important mission for Canton and Ramona Jones is to clearly and adequately relay the message behind the music  – the uninhibited Word of God.  Canton and Ramona Jones are well-equipped to communicate musically and through the Word of God to this generation in a way that they can incorporate God’s Word into their own lives. Canton ministers with conviction and transparency, which always proves to be effective on any platform.
